If you’re ironing @ 160°C for 5 minutes, then you are probably over-curing, which would lead to embrittlement and subsequent cracking. You only need to cure PERMASET Inks with an iron on a Medium setting for 2-3 minutes. Also, if printing on really stretchy fabric, a degree of cracking may be unavoidable.
