Payment, shipping & returns information for shopping with PERMASET online

We deliver to most locations within Australia. If the products that you have purchased are in stock, they will be despatched from our warehouse within the agreed timeframe (within 7 business days from receipt of payment).

After despatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 3-4 business days. Dates are estimates only. 

Colormaker Industries takes no responsibility for late deliveries of shipments due to incorrect delivery addresses, hold-ups due to COVID-19 that may restrict the movement of goods across borders and freight strikes.

If the products that you have purchased are out of stock, delivery times may be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays and raw material supplier outages.

If your product is unsuitable and in original condition, we offer an exchange or a credit note within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the cost of postage for return of goods to Colormaker Industries is at your cost. If goods are damaged in transit, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
